Adding to an already extensive portfolio, Malaysias SP Setia has launched the Sky Oasis Residences, a luxury condominium project with an estimated RM180 million (US$57.8 million) gross development value.
Talking to Bernama, SP Setias wholly owned subsidiary Setia City Development Sdn Bhd general manager Ricky Yeo said the project has been very well received with around 60 percent of the units dedicated for international buyers already sold. The project was scheduled for completion in 2015.
“With the price ranging from RM300,000 (US$96,380) onwards, its reasonable to people who aspire for modern living under the urban lakeside living in the sky concept,” Yeo told Bernama.
Sky Oasis Residences will comprise 434 units spread over 28 storeys with unit sizes ranging from 756 to 1,003 sqft. Facilities will include an infinity swimming pool, Sky Terrace, a golf course, and a gymnasium.
The project enjoys easy access to roads and highways as well as nearby shopping and recreational facilities. Furthermore, home owners will have easy access to the Tebrau Economic Corridor, Yeo said.
Due to the projects proximity to Singapore and easy access to the highway network, the majority of buyers were Malaysians working in the Lion City and those with young families, said Yeo.
“Sky Oasis Residences is only 20 minutes away from the Sentai International Airport and the Customs, Immigration and Quarentine Complex at Sultan Iskandar building,” he said.
